Why do I need a home inspection and why
me?
Every
home or structure, new or newly acquired, is as unique as
the individual buying that property and the only way to
ensure that you the buyer are getting what you want and not
taken, is to take the time to have the house or structure
thoroughly and professionally inspected. The price of the
inspection is inconsequential relative to the price of the
house or structure and the value of the information received
as a result of the process. I will leave "no stone
unturned" and inspect all accessible areas of the structure
from the roof and attic to the crawl space or basement and
everything in between. I will inspect and observe the:
exterior and site, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating,
air conditioning, interior, insulation, ventilation,
fixtures, appliances, switches, doors, windows and outlets.
With attention to detail, 30 plus years of trade and related
experience, and over a thousand completed inspections since
acquiring the company 4 years ago you can be confident that
what you see is what you get and that there will be no
surprises. The reports are narrative and include color
digital photos of every item that is observed as a potential
concern to you the buyer. The State of Oregon requires each
licensed inspector to participate in and complete 30 hours,
every two years, of continuing education and you can be
assured that I exceed that expectation. This is my
commitment to you. At the core of the process is a belief
that I as an inspector and you as a client are in a
relationship and it is my goal to be honest, do what is
right not what is expedient, be friendly and courteous, be
consistent and professional, be accountable to you the
client. I look forward to hearing from you and will do my
best to serve you.
